Red grapefruit - Basil

Composition: Red grapefruit juice (55 %), basil macerate (5 %), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Sparingly pasteurised, store up to 25 °C. After opening, refrigerate up to 8 °C and consume within 20 days of opening. Shake before use. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. Sludge is not a defect - it is a natural phenomenon of natural syrups. Recommended dilution 1:10. Store in a dark and cool place.

Summer lemonade:

40 ml Grep - Basil Wolf Syrup
300 ml soda
10 ml lemon juice
Ornament:
5x basil leaves / 2x grapefruit slices

Summer Alconada:

40 ml Grep - Basil Wolf Syrup
300 ml soda
10 ml lemon juice
40 ml Beefeater Gin
Ornament:
5x basil leaves / 2x grapefruit slices

Spritz:

20 ml Grep - Basil Wolf Syrup
20 ml Beefeater Gin
100 ml Prosseco
5 ml lemon juice
Ornament:
1x slice of grapefruit

Gin & Tonic:

15 ml Grep - Basil Wolf Syrup
40 ml Beefeater Gin
120 ml tonic
Ornament:
1x slice of grapefruit

Preparation procedure:
Strain all ingredients from the recipe into a rocks glass, stir and garnish with the recommended garnish. Cheers
